- Any cost arising due to natural calamities, flight delays, or unforeseen circumstances
- Any expenses of personal nature such as portage, laundry, wines, mineral water, food & drink not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar and telephone calls.
- Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in the ‘What your tour price includes’.
- TCS : (TCS @ 5% on spends towards International Holiday packages for cumulative spends up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and TCS @ 20% for incremental spends beyond Rs 10 Lakhs in the same financial year.
Booking Policy
Initial deposit - Rs 25,000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure (on or before the time limit of Reconfirmation of booking. Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment.)
Cancellation Policy
35 Days or more prior to Departure : Airfare Cancellation Charges + Rs. 10000/- per person.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost.
