Day 01: Welcome to Vienna – the capital of Austria

Welcome to Vienna - Austria’s capital, in the country’s east side on the Danube River. Get transferred to your conveniently located hotel. (Check-in on your own after 15:00).

Day 02: Enjoy a guided city tour of Vienna

 Enjoy a guided tour of this musical city - Vienna. View the Hofburg, the former Imperial Palace, built in the 13th century and the former residence of the monarchs of the Habsburg dynasty. View the Austrian Federal President St. Stephens Cathedral, the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vienna, Opera house, Upper and lower Belvedere Palaces consisting of two buildings set in a Baroque park landscape. Learn the fascinating stories of Vienna’s history, culture, and politics as you travel, tracing back to its Roman roots and involvement in the world wars. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore this beautiful city on your own.

Day 03: On to Prague – the capital and largest city in the Czech Republic. Enjoy a guided city tour of Prague – rich in history, overflowing with charm, and marked with orange-topped roofs.

Enjoy a scenic drive to Prague – the capital and largest city of the Czech Republic. It is romantic and successful, ancient and modern, but above all, it is a city that is cosmopolitan and is used to welcoming foreigners. On arrival proceed on a guided city tour of this Fairy Tale city - Prague covering the Old city Centre, including Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, the Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter, view (outside view) the fabulous Prague Castle on the other side of the River Vltava. Onto the magnificent Statue lined Charles bridge famous mostly for the series of Baroque statues that adorn the bridge's balustrade, and arriving into the Old town square to witness the unique walk of the apostles at the Astronomical Clock.

Day 04: Day excursion to Karlovy Vary - a spa town of the Czech Republic.

Today proceed for a day excursion to Karlovy Vary. Enjoy an orientation tour to the most famous spa town in the Czech Republic, Karlovy Vary, located to the west of Prague, near the German border. The spa town was built during the middle Ages after the discovery of hot mineral springs. It is a clean, elegant town with gracious colonnades and picturesque boulevards, surrounded by forest. The invigorating waters are used to treat all kinds of disorders and for general well-being.

Day 05: Onto Budapest – the capital of Hungry. Unwind, as you cruise down the River Danube.

Morning proceed to Budapest, a huge city with several district articles containing sightseeing, restaurant, nightlife etc. On arrival, take a cruise on the River Danube enjoying the splendid views of the city.

Day 06: Enjoy a guided city tour of Budapest. Orientation tour of beautiful Visegrad

Enjoy a guided city tour of Budapest, start with viewing the Fisherman’s Bastion, Szechenyi Chain Bridge and Buda Castle. Drive on the Andrassy Boulevard and arrive at the majestic Hero’s Square featuring the Magyars Chieftains and diverse leaders of Hungary. Later proceed to Visegrad - an ancient town with a stunning castle complex sure to impress history buffs. The village of Visegrád has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Hungary. Not only has the village got a lot to offer history wise, dating back from the New Stone Age, but it is still inhabited. The scenic location, historically tied monuments and recreational facilities are appealing factors for the many yearly tourists.

Day 07: On to Bratislava – the capital of Slovakia. Enjoy an orientation tour of Bratislava. Onto Vienna.

Today proceed to Bratislava – the capital of Slovakia. On arrival, enjoy an orientation tour of Bratislava, walking down the Old Town, St. Martin's Cathedral, Michael´s Gate, Churches, Palaces of famous families, and the Slovak National Theatre. Some free time to explore. Later proceed to Vienna, rest of the day is free to enjoy some last minute shopping on your own or spend time at the hotel.

Day 08: Depart and fly back home.

Your Holiday ends, today it’s time to fly back home. Check out and depart for the airport for the flight home. (Breakfast)

MEDICAL INSURANCE

  • Normal insurance charges for the duration of the tour are included in the tour price. However, any passenger above the age of 60 years and those passengers who wish to extend their stay will be required to pay additional charges.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

  •  Multiple entry Schengen visa.
  •  The Schengen Visa on your tour is valid for travel to Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and France (In case of any change in the European Community visa policy, additional charges will be applicable.)
  •  The cost of the Passport, POE charges, etc.
  •  Any expenses of a personal nature such as porterage, laundry, wines, mineral/bottled water, food & drink not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar and telephone calls.
  • The Mandatory driver tip of EURO 03 per person per day is not included in the tour cost.
  •  Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
  •  Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in the ‘What your tour price includes’.
  •  Surcharges in case applicable on certain departure dates.
  •  GST & TCS and other taxes as applicable.
  • The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 30 full paying passengers traveling together and maximum of 48 passengers or as per coach capacity. 
  • Incase passengers want to travel on a particular date and the number of passengers booked are less than 29, there will be a Surcharge applicable on the said date to operate the tour.
  • Kindly check with your Tour operator for the same.
  • The third person in a Triple room might not be provided with an extra bed or cot in some of the hotels, they may be provided only with a rollaway bed.
  • Due to Fire Safety Compliance regulations in Europe, 4 guests in 1 room are not allowed in any hotel, therefore 02 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child will not be accommodated in 01 room. A maximum of 03 persons can be accommodated in a room.
  • Panoramic/ Orientation city tour means view from your coach of the sights and monuments as you drive past. No visit to the sights/monuments and no photostop might be provided.  Due to operational issues on some days, there might be packed meals offered.
  • Services of our Tour Manager or local representatives will be available while on tour.
  • Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary.
