Day 01: Jaipur Airport / Railway Station – Hotel |
Meet & Greet on arrival at Jaipur Railway Station / Airport & transfer to hotel. Check-in to hotel. In the evening you can take an optional tour to visit Laxminarayan Temple (Birla Mandir) & Chokhi Dhani – An Ethnic Village Resort. Back to hotel. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Day 02: Jaipur Local Sightseeing |
After breakfast start for full day local sightseeing in Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort & Palace, "Gaitore" Cenetophs (Front View), take a photo stop at Jal Mahal, City Palace & Museum, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) & take a photo stop at Hawa Mahal. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay at Jaipur.
Day 03: Jaipur – Ajmer / Pushkar Sightseeing (145 Km / 3 ½ hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Ajmer. Arrive & Visit Ajmer-e-Sharief Dargah, Adhai-Din-Ka Jhonpara, Ana Sagar Lake & drive to Pushkar (14 km), visit various temples and Ghats and holy Pushkar Lake. There are more than 400 hundred temples in Pushkar but the main attraction being the temple of Lord Brahma, the only temple in India dedicated to Brahma. Overnight stay at Ajmer / Pushkar.
Day 04: Ajmer / Pushkar – Jodhpur Halfday Sightseeing (205 Km / 4 hrs)
After breakfast transfer to Jodhpur. On arrival check-in to your hotel. Afternoon start for halfday sightseeing covering Umaid Bhawan Palace, Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.
Day 05: Jodhpur – Mount Abu (326 Km / 7½ hrs)
After breakfast transfer to Mt. Abu. On arrival check-in to your hotel. In the evening enjoy the sunset from Sunset View Point in Mt. Abu. Overnight stay at Mt. Abu.
Day 06: Mount Abu Local Sightseeing
After breakfast start for Mt. Abu city tour. Visiting Prajapita Brahmakumari, Adhar Devi Temple, Achalgarh, Guru Sikhar, Dilwara Jain Temple, Honeymoon Point, Art Gallery & Nakki Lake where you can enjoy boat ride at your own cost. Overnight stay at Mt. Abu.
Day 07: Mount Abu – Udaipur (186 Km / 4 ½ hrs)
After breakfast check-out from hotel and drive for Udaipur (Beautiful Lake City of Rajasthan). On arrival at Udaipur check-in at your hotel. In the evening take a breathtaking boat tour over the picturesque Lake Pichola (at your own cost) to admire the royal buildings around the Lake and enjoy the scenic sunset view. From the lake you have a wonderful view of the City Palace stretching along the east bank, while the south bank has pleasant gardens running down to the waterside. Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 08: Udaipur Local Sightseeing
After breakfast start for Udaipur city tour. Visiting Fateh Sagar, Maharana Pratap Memorial, take a photo stop at Nehru Garden, Sehelion-KI-Bari - Queen’s resort for their friends, Sukhadia Circle (Drive Pass), Bhartiya Lok kala Museum - a museum of folk and art, it displays a rich collection of folk dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls. After that visit City Palace – The largest palace complex of Rajasthan, Jagdish Temple – built by Maharana Jagat Singh and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu & Gulab Bagh. Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 09: Hotel – Udaipur Airport / Railway Station
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Udaipur Railway Station / Airport for your onward journey.

- All payments made within 10 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid via Bank Transfer / Demand Draft (no cheques will be accepted).
- PAN Card is mandatory for Terms & Conditions payments exceeding `50,000 or if value of file exceeds `2 lacs or equivalent Foreign currency.
- INR payments made towards the foreign exchange component of your tour will be calculated as per the ROE (rate of exchange) prevailing on the day of payment.
- Payment towards FX component made in INR has to come directly from the passenger keeping with RBI Guidelines.
- The card that is swiped for payment of the tour’s foreign exchange should be of the client himself / herself.
- Client cannot use his / her card for payment of another person’s foreign exchange component of the tour package except for his / her dependent parents and / or child or children.
- The FX payment is a part of BTQ (Basic Travel Quota) of the Client.
- 3% service charges (i.e. remittance charges) would be applicable, if client chooses to pay us in Foreign currency notes. Proof of purchase from Full Fledged Money Changer (FFMC) should accompany such payments made by Client when above USD 2000.
- Client holding a passport issued by a country other than India will be required to make payment in foreign currency for the foreign currency component of the tour cost and not in INR.
- Payment Procedure: We urge our Customers to ensure that all payment/(s) are made to our Company's designated Bank account only and to insist on a printed payment acknowledgement slip and receipt.
- Customer should not make payment/(s) to any staff or individual’s bank account or any third party bank account, in the event of which the Customer shall be solely responsible and/or liable for the consequences thereof and the Company hereby expressly disclaims any responsibility and/or liability arising thereto.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the procedure stated above. In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company and in case of the shortfall recover further monies as cancellation charges mentioned herein.
- The receipt issued by the Company is subject to the amount being irrevocably credited and realised in the Company’s Bank account. In case of online/electronic payment of money to the designated Company’s bank account by the Client, the Client undertakes to irrevocably credit and realise the money dues in Company’s Bank account and not issue any instructions to his/her/their banker or cause to do any act, deed or thing in furtherance of reversing, debiting, nullifying or recovering the due credit made to the Company’s Bank account.
- The Client further undertakes and confirms that the Client shall be bound to pay the money towards the tour cost to the Company, if the same is reversed, debited, nullified, or recovered from Company’s Bank Account due to any technical snag, system error, internet issues or for any reason whatsoever.
- The Client shall voluntarily make good the loss caused to Company due to such reversal, debit, nullity, recovery of monies from Company’s Bank account without waiting for any official intimation from the Company to the said effect.
- Client hereby indemnify and keeps indemnified the Company from all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses and losses arising due to any and/or all reversal, debit, nullity, recovery of monies from Company’s Bank account due to any technical snag, system error, internet issues or for any reason whatsoever, without any further objection, demur or protest.
Cancellations Policy:
- All services (such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc.) for group tours are pre blocked well in advance.
- We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors and bear the overhead costs involved in rendering services to you.
- You shall be bound by the cancellation charges which shall apply when the cancellation happens on your own accord or due to any circumstances.
- If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Your consent for levy of the Cancellation Charges by the Company are as per the policy mentioned as below:

- Booking amount will be applicable for cancellations of files on undecided departure date.
- The above mentioned cancellation term is applicable for passengers travelling to AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, without assigning any reason. In such an event, all money paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian Rupees currency only, but no compensation will be payable.
- In case of cruises, 100% of cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation.
- The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.
- The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit in case of any cancellations.
- Passengers whose visas are not granted by the consulates must intimate us in advance i.e. before the date of commencement / departure of the tour.
