Upon your arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and assisted with your transfer to the pre-booked hotel. After check-in, enjoy some time at leisure to have lunch (on your own), relax, and freshen up.
In the afternoon, proceed to Corbyn's Cove Beach, a picturesque coconut-fringed beach located approximately 8 km from Port Blair city. The beach is an ideal place to unwind, enjoy the scenic coastline, and experience the tranquil beauty of the Andaman Islands.

After an early breakfast at the hotel (or collect a packed breakfast if you are traveling by the morning ferry), check out and transfer to the ferry terminal to board your ferry to "Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep)".

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the resort, set out for an exciting half-day excursion to the famous Elephant Beach, one of Havelock Island's most popular attractions. Reach the beach by a "shared speedboat", enjoying scenic views of the crystal-clear waters along the way.
Elephant Beach is renowned for its vibrant coral reefs, shallow turquoise waters, and abundant marine life, making it one of the best destinations in the Andaman Islands for snorkeling and other water-based activities. Relax on the pristine beach, explore the underwater world, or simply soak in the breathtaking natural surroundings.
As part of your excursion, "complimentary snorkeling" is included, offering you the opportunity to witness the colorful coral formations and diverse marine life under the guidance of experienced instructors.

After breakfast at the resort (if traveling by an early morning ferry, kindly request a packed breakfast from the hotel), check out and transfer to the ferry terminal to board your ferry to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep). The scenic ferry journey takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, offering beautiful views of the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea.
Upon arrival at Neil Island, our representative will warmly welcome you at the ferry terminal and assist you with your transfer to the pre-booked hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax and enjoy lunch (at your own arrangement).
In the afternoon, proceed for a sightseeing tour of the island, visiting its most popular attractions:
**Bharatpur Beach** – Famous for its crystal-clear waters, colorful coral reefs, and exciting water sports activities.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your morning with a visit to Sitapur Beach, popularly known as the Sunrise Beach of Neil Island. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs and the sparkling blue waters of the Andaman Sea, it offers breathtaking coastal views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Continue to Laxmanpur Beach, renowned for its pristine white sands, crystal-clear waters, and picturesque shoreline. Afterwards, visit Bharatpur Beach, one of the most vibrant beaches on the island, famous for its shallow turquoise waters, colorful coral reefs, and excellent opportunities for swimming and optional water sports activities.
After completing the sightseeing tour, you will be transferred to the Neil Island Jetty to board your ferry back to Port Blair.

Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation : Your contract is with MANORANJAN HOLIDAYS. A contract exists between us when we confirm your tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.
Booking Amount : For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost or Rs. 10,000/- per person is to be paid to MANORANJAN HOLIDAYS to confirm you’re booking with us. The deposit is required to hold the booking on confirmed basis.
Balance Payment : Balance payment is to be made before 15 days prior to the date of start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons, the intimation must be provided in writing. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive information in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

REFUND : In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.
Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT SIGHTSEEING PLACES:
- Cellular Jail: Last Entry Time: 4 PM and closed time: 5 pm
- Light & Sound Show timings: 5:50 pm and 06:50 PM
- Ross Island & North Bay Island: Reach water sports complex between 08:30 am to 09 am to take the boat of Ross Island and North Bay Island. If the guest misses the boat, then the guest must pay extra charges to take another boat as per availability of the boats.
- Radhanagar Beach: Last Entry Time: 5 pm and closed time: 6 pm
- Kalapathar Beach: Last Entry Time: 5 pm and closed time: 6 pm
- Elephanta Beach: Our tour coordinator will guide you the timings as per situation (rush of the other guests, weather/sea conditions etc.)
- Howrah Bridge: It will be covered on the day arrived at Neil Island or next day as per situation due High / Low Tide timings.
- Baratang: Depart Time from the hotel: 4 am / 6 am. After that it is a high possibility of missing the Convoy. (Convoy Time: 6 am / 9 am)
- Mud Volcano: It will be covered with another Non ac Car only available for Mud Volcano. Our drivers will coordinate the same to the guest. The guest must walk approx500 meters to 1 km to reach the Mud Volcano through hills.
- Any other sightseeing related timing our tour coordinator will guide you. Please cooperate.
- If any of the above sightseeing is closed due to weather conditions / sea conditions / any other reason, we will provide alternate sightseeing with the same amount or we will refund the same amount.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT BOATS, FERRY AND CRUISE:
- All the boats / Cruise / Ferry are on a sharing basis.
- If the guests have morning ferry/cruise for Inter Island transfer, please ask the hotel to give packed breakfast (as per hotel’s policy).
- Please make sure the guests reach the designated place on time to catch the boats, ferry / cruise. If they miss the boats, ferry / cruise, they will have to pay extra charges by themselves to take another (as per availability).
- All other cancellation policies (e.g. sightseeing tickets, hotel’s cancellation policy) will be applicable related to cancellation of ferry/cruise due to technical/weather and sea conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT ANDAMAN ISLANDS:
- The tourism infrastructure in Andaman is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of other developed destinations.
- You may face network disturbances in the islands. So we request the guests to coordinate with the drivers/tour coordinator about the pickup and drop timings for sightseeing and Inter Island Transfers.
- (Suggest carrying BSNL and Airtel Sim cards)
- There is always scarcity of power in the islands. So you would come across situations.
- There is no carrier in the cars in Andaman Islands. So please carry luggage according to this.
- Hotels available in Rangat and Diglipur (2 star, Standard, basic 3 star hotels) are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals and not by hotel Chef. The guest cannot compare these hotels with Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island’s hotels.
Our Responsibilities and Limitations
- Manoranjan Holidays, act as a travel agent who sells various travel related products on behalf of numerous transports, accommodation, airlines, cruises etc.
- Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and service provides.
- All the rates are calculated on the basis of current situations such as vehicle charges, negotiated rates with hotels, houseboat rates etc. and any increase in government surcharge or fuel charges, if increases for any of the services mentioned above will be directly levied from the customer.
- Usual check in and check out time of most of the hotels are 12 Noon for check in and 10AM for check out, we request for early check in in case of arrival and availability is solely on the status of room availability. We do not take any commitments if the hoteliers cannot provide the room on actual time
- For all packages, unless mentioned rates are calculated for the base category rooms at all hotels and any up gradation of rooms attracts the difference in amount
- All rooms booked will be for double sharing unless mentioned and any meal plan mentioned in will be for fixed menu which is fixed by specific hotels
- For houseboat bookings for 21hrs, check in time is 12Noon and check out time is 9AM. Any delay in check in will not be compensated for check out time. All food at houseboat will be of fixed menu. A/C will be working only between 9Pm to 6AM unless mentioned. Houseboat will be anchored from 5.30PM to 6AM due to government ban on using the boat during this time
- No responsibility will be taken by Manoranjan Holidays. Regarding the standard for any service and all bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers
- Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not Manoranjan Holidays.
- If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with Manoranjan Holidays (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
- We reserve the right to change or modify any part of the itinerary before or after the commencement of tour, in case of any unforeseen incidents and our priority will be for the safety and wellbeing of our esteemed guests
- We shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to flight cancellations, natural hazards, accidents, breakdown, weather, sickness, political closures or any other unforeseen incidents. In case of any incidents, any extra expense occurred will be directly collected from the guest
- In case of hartal or bandh or any situation where the vehicle cannot be taken out to road, we try to move you from the point before/after the hartal/bandh starts and any extra room which is not calculated in the package, if required have to be paid by guest.
- We do not take any responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to person or anything due to any incidents beyond our control.
- We do not have any insurance policy and it is the traveller’s responsibility to make sure you have enough insurance coverage. All luggage & personal property/s are at the guests risk at all times.
- In case of vehicle breakdown, we will be arranging alternate provisions for your safe journey, but the time loss due to any incident will not be compensated.
- Though we wish to accommodate you in the same hotel mentioned, in case if we find any difficulty in dealing with the hotel or withdraw contract with the hotel because of our regular feedback program, we reserve the right to change your hotel to similar category.
- This will be intimated to you, if happens and you will not find any surprises seeing a new hotel without intimation.
- It is the responsibility of a traveler to hold valid travel documents and statutory clearances, such as passports, visas, confirmed air/rail tickets, insurance and medical insurance certificates, any other document used to confirm an arrangement with service provider and other statutory certificates, to enable him/her to travel on tour.
- In case of any complaints of dissatisfaction, it should be informed immediately to your tour representative. We will try to resolve it at same time if it is within our limitations/constrains and no complaints will be entertained after utilizing/start utilizing the service
- We are not responsible if you do any payment to any person for any reason during the tour without our written concern and no refund will be entertained in such cases.
- All disputes arising out of this agreement or any other subsequent agreement will be subject to jurisdiction of Alipur (Kolkata) courts only.
